Yes, you can continue to receive all of the above. You are not giving up your US citizenship. I have lived in Ecuador for 10 years and successfully access my funds (deposited into my US credit union account) from the local ATM. I do not tell the govt. or my bank or my credit card companies that I “live abroad.” It would only confuse them. I tell them “I travel A LOT in South America, and I’m currently in Ecuador.” Simple. Easy to understand. On another note, if you have your SS deposited into a foreign bank, the US govt will require you to periodically (I think it’s every 2 years) fill out a “proof of life” document, and who wants to do more paperwork?
